Developed by the same design team as the elegant Harvard Estate project, Harvard and Highland is a five-building high-end luxury condominium project, designed in the historic character of the surrounding landmark Seattle neighborhood. In fitting in with the neighborhoods century old grand residential estates, Harvard and Highland is being built with both aesthetics and permanence in mind. BET&R has once again been engaged by the Developer to protect their more than sixty-year track record of producing watertight buildings in the Northwest.

BET&R has been involved with the project since the schematic design phase, working with Architect Studio Meng Strazzara in collaboratively designing the conservative, high-quality, aesthetically pleasing exterior envelope system for these residences and providing technical specifications and detail drawings for the building exterior. The high-end systems being implemented for this project include 40-50 year warranted roofs, exterior brick and stone walls, and high-resistance doors and windows. BET&Rís responsibilities throughout the project have been assisting with selection of the most durable, high-quality, low maintenance envelope systems, analyzing and providing recommendations for all exterior building details, addressing questions that arise on-site, and regularly inspecting and monitoring the installation of all critical envelope components during the construction process.
